What we've learned since our initial launch of CE is that employees are enrolled in CE on an eligibility-by-eligibility basis. So, for example, some DoD eligibilities may be enrolled into CE on a certain date. While if an employee also has an eligibility through an IC, they may need a separate enrollment status.
